首次购买退款窗口First purchase refund window

首次购买 Pro 后 7 天内,如果账号没有大量使用会员内容或滥用服务,可能符合退款条件。

如需申请退款,请使用 checkout 邮箱联系 support@liquiditylab.org,并简要说明问题。

First-time Pro purchases may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if the account has not substantially consumed member-only content or abused the service.

To request a refund, contact support@liquiditylab.org with the email address used for checkout and a short description of the issue.

续费Renewals

除适用法律要求或存在账单错误外,订阅续费在新账期开始后通常不予退款。

如果你不希望订阅继续,请在下一个续费日前通过订阅管理入口取消。

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once a new billing period has started, unless required by applicable law or there is a billing error.

You are responsible for canceling before the next renewal if you do not want the subscription to continue.

退款处理Processing

获批退款会尽可能通过 Creem 退回原支付方式。银行或卡组织处理时间可能不同。

退款获批不代表允许未经授权地复制、分发或滥用会员内容。

Approved refunds are processed through Creem back to the original payment method when possible. Bank and card processing times may vary.

Refund approval does not waive restrictions against unauthorized redistribution or misuse of member-only materials.
