How LiquidityLab collects, uses, and protects information for account, subscription, and product operations.
Last updated: May 20, 2026
Information we collect
We collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication provider details, and subscription status when you create or use a LiquidityLab account.
Payment information is processed by Creem. LiquidityLab does not store full card numbers, bank account details, or payment credentials on its own servers.
How we use information
We use your information to provide account access, manage Pro membership permissions, process checkout and webhook events, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
We may use aggregated, non-identifying information to improve lessons, product flows, and site reliability.
Service providers
We rely on service providers such as Vercel for hosting, PostgreSQL database infrastructure for application data, Google for OAuth login when selected, and Creem for checkout, subscriptions, tax, and payment processing.
These providers may process necessary data according to their own privacy policies and terms of service, only as needed to support service operation, account login, subscription management, payment processing, and security compliance.
Data retention and contact
We retain account and subscription records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You can contact support@liquiditylab.org for privacy requests.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
